The Conduit

Postby SebastianZavala » Wed Jul 15, 2009 11:05 pm

I bought this game on Monday. been waiting for its release for a long time... at last a good first person shooter (besides Call of Duty) for the Wii, so yeah, I definitely had to buy it. and it didn't disappoint. the one-player mode is kinda bland - but by no means bad - but the multiplayer is simply AWESOME. and the controls are fully-costumezible, which means it's almost impossible to feel awkward while playing the game. in short, I REALLY liked it.

anyone else got the game? did you like it?

if i had only one word to describe this game, it would be: DISAPPOINTING. dont get me wrong, the graphics are great and the fact that you can fully costumize your controls is awesome, but it all feels really..... bland. level design is atrocious, characters have no personality, there are no in-game cutscenes to explain the story (!), only metal gear-like conversations, which are lame, and well... it felt pretty lazy. the only really cool game mode is the online multiplayer, but even that is flawed. it can get laggy at times, and it even freezes from time to time!

i dont know, i expected.... more.
