well, yeah, I won't say it's something I would read just because I wanted to, but I can't deny she was a really REALLY good writer. I mean, saying she was the "Stephanie Meyer of her time" would be insulting her to various degrees, but it wouldn't be THAT inaccurate either. (it would also make everyone realize how much romantic writing has decayed.)

in any case, all I've read is pride and prejudice, and it was a really well-written, witty novel :D
Latest Reviews:
Theatrical: G.I. Joe, The Proposal, Happy-Go-Lucky.
DVD: Flawless, Push, RE Degeneration.

hehe, so true. jane austen is like stephanie meyer, but with writing skills, MUCH more class and telling stories with believable plots and interesting characters.id say the only similarities between them two is that they write novels of the same genres. anyway, yes, ive read pride and prejudice too, and it was a great book. not necessarily my kind of novel - i prefer to read other stuff - but i must admit it definitely is really good literature. good to know there are people in here who appreciate good literature, and not the kind of trash meyer writes nowadays and that unfortunately makes her a millionaire.
Iron Man 2!!! Come on May 2010! (and Thor, and Ant Man, and The Avengers)
