Announcing the rules

Considering this is, after all, the "intellectual discussion" board, it does make sense that we should have a couple of rules to maintain the discussions in here, you know... intellectual.

Needless to say, every rule from the forum applies in an even more serious manner in these boards. In addition, it should be said that, given the fact that many serious matters will probably be discussed here - if anyone eventually dares to create some controversial or interesting topic, that is -, the tone of your posts should always remain serious and "straight". No playing or fooling around, and not insulting please. Also, if you're going to discuss something relate to religion, or some sort of very specific belief, try not to be offensive. That kind of topic can easily offend anyone and can be the catalyst of flame wars. We, of course, do not want to start something like that.

Anyway, I think that's it. Hopefully a board of this kind will work and will result in some very interesting and enlightening conversations.
